    FOUNDER/ CREATIVE THINKER

    25 years of working life have passed in the blink of an eye.

    Perhaps because I’ve always been doing what I love, I’ve never felt it was hard work; time actually seems to pass especially quickly. After accumulating 25 years of experience, I boldly thought: why not try starting my own business?

    I will continue focusing on content creation/ video making, but I’ve discovered that I really love animation, especially cute and dynamic cartoon characters. At the same time, I remind myself to take more time to do what I’m best at—painting art—after all, I graduated with a fine arts degree, majoring in Illustration.

    Hoi Hau

    FOUNDER/ DIRECTOR

    My career began in 2008 at the renowned Ogilvy & Mather Advertising in Hong Kong, and in 2009, I made the transition to McCann World Group Hong Kong. In 2010, I took a bold step into production by founding my own studio, N For November.

    Recognizing my artistic talent and visionary approach, I was invited to join The Another Factory as a director in 2011. My work has been showcased in prestigious exhibitions at the Hong Kong Heritage Museum, which reflects my commitment to creative excellence.

    My passion lies in the integration of film and animation, allowing me to explore cultural boundaries.

    Ever experienced the incredible satisfaction of watching an idea launch as a real, visualized product? I have, and MORE THAN THAT, I absolutely love that feeling!

    It always starts small—a concept, a glimmer of an idea, or simply a client's request. Then, it grows! We move through storyboards, detailed decks, exciting tests, and all the intricate planning and execution that production demands. Until finally, it becomes a polished product, ready to shine across different platforms.

    It's already been 9 years that I've poured my energy into the advertising and video production industry. Producing videos and animations, big and small, has always been about one thing: bringing those initial ideas into vibrant reality.
